Credit requests arising from incorrect ordering, over ordering, excess stock may be subject to a 20% restocking charge at time of credit. Specially manufactured and ordered items are non-refundable.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless products are damaged during transit or faulty due to manufacturer issues.
